Harry Stovall, Principal and Broker-in-Charge of Commonwealth Commercial Properties has been awarded Realtor Emeritus Status by the National Association of Realtors for his 40 years of service in the real estate community.
A native of Wilmington, NC , Mr. Stovall has been involved in real estate since 1972. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in developing various commercial and residential projects. Some commercial ventures include North Kerr Office Park, Oleander Business Center, The Courtyard on Oleander, and Arboretum Center. During his career as a residential developer, Mr. Stovall developed Oak Landing, Woodridge at Old Towne, Grainger’s Point, East Bank Landing, Whitehall, Greenville Manor, Stonebridge, Halcyon Forest, and Cedar Landing.
Mr. Stovall is an asset to the real estate community and an honor to have as part of the Commonwealth team.
