Harry W. Stovall, III

Harry is a Principal of Commonwealth Commercial Properties and the Broker-in-Charge. He has been licensed since 1972 and has his contractor and broker licenses. As a native of Wilmington, he is an experienced commercial and residential developer in the Wilmington market, with commercial ventures including North Kerr Office Park, Oleander Business Center, The Courtyard on Oleander, and Arboretum Center. During his career as a residential developer, Harry developed Oak Landing, Woodridge at Old Towne, Grainger's Point, East Bank Landing, Whitehall, Greenville Manor, Stonebridge, Halcyon Forest, and Cedar Landing. Currently he is developing The Highlands, a mixed use project in Shallotte.

Steve E. Niemeyer
Steve is a Principal and has 20 years of experience in commercial and residential development. Steve completed education at Appalachian State University in 1980. He is the managing partner in Wrightsville Builders, Inc. having completed in excess of a million square feet of commercial office and retail space in the Wilmington metro market. He has been instrumental in leasing efforts for Commonwealth Office Center, Bradley Oaks, Landfall Park, Oleander Business Center, and Summit Medical Center.

Jim is a Principal and has been in the real estate industry since 1972. He is the founder and current owner of Intracoastal Realty, a leader in residential sales for the past 20 years. He has been an investor and broker in several commercial projects in the Wilmington area.

Hae is a Principal and licensed real estate salesman, involved in leasing, sales and property management. She has been involved in commercial real estate since 1990, with experience in Richmond, VA, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Suburban Maryland. She oversees over half a million square feet in asset management, as well as specializing in Class A office sales and leasing.

Gary is a principal of Commonwealth Commercial Properties and has a part of the team since its beginning. He has been a licensed commercial real estate broker in Wilmington since 1991. During that time, he has worked with leading local developers to select sites for office, retail and multi-family projects and represent them through the development and leasing process. He specializes in helping investors find opportunities and has extensive experience with tax-deferred exchanges. He also works with several prominent medical practices to assist them in finding appropriate space to lease or purchase. Gary has served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial and Investment division of the Wilmington Board of Realtors. He is enrolled as a CCIM candidate with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Amy is a full time licensed real estate agent and has been involved with leasing, brokerage, and business sales in Wilmington. Amy is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Wilmington and currently enrolled as a candidate for CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member. She is a native of Virginia Beach, VA. And relocated to Wilmington in 1988. She owned and operated an advertising business working with hundreds of local and national business in the eastern North Carolina region. Amy enjoys working with commercial land development, business investment opportunities, and office/retail leases.

Farrah Moncion

Farrah is a licensed real estate agent involved in leasing, sales, and land acquisition throughout the State of North Carolina. She specializes in income producing properties, Class A medical office sales and leasing as well as medical campus development. She is currently enrolled as a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), with the CCIM Institute and has been involved in real estate services since 1999. She is currently a member of the NAR, NCAR, WRAR, RCA, NCCCIM and has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the RCASENC (Realtors Commercial Alliance Southeastern North Carolina).

Michael Currin

Michael has been a business broker and licensed in real estate sales since 1999. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in the sale and acquisition of small and mid-size businesses and commercial property in and around Wilmington during that time. He has experience in business relocation, property selection, sales and exchange.

Michael is a native Texan and has been a Wilmington resident since 1989. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and is currently a CCIM candidate. He is a past member of the PGA of America and a US Navy veteran.

Randy Crouch

Randy is a NC licensed commercial real estate broker. Prior to relocating to the Wilmington area in 2002, he had been self employed since 1988 in the retail fuel and food industry. He joined the staff of JTV Management (a local commercial developer) in 2004, which sparked his interest in commercial real estate and eventually joined CCP in 2008.
