Harry W. Stovall, III
Harry is a Principal of Commonwealth Commercial Properties and the Broker-in-Charge. He has been licensed since 1972 and has his contractor and broker licenses. As a native of Wilmington, he is an experienced commercial and residential developer in the Wilmington market, with commercial ventures including North Kerr Office Park, Oleander Business Center, The Courtyard on Oleander, and Arboretum Center. During his career as a residential developer, Harry developed Oak Landing, Woodridge at Old Towne, Grainger’s Point, East Bank Landing, Whitehall, Greenville Manor, Stonebridge, Halcyon Forest, and Cedar Landing. Harry has recently earned Realtor Emeritus Status for his 40 years of service to the real estate community.
Steve E. Niemeyer
Steve is a Principal and has 20 years of experience in commercial and residential development. Steve completed education at Appalachian State University in 1980. He is the managing partner in Wrightsville Builders, Inc. having completed in excess of a million square feet of commercial office and retail space in the Wilmington metro market. He has been instrumental in leasing efforts for Commonwealth Office Center, Bradley Oaks, Landfall Park, Oleander Business Center, and Summit Medical Center.
James E. Wallace
Jim is a Principal and has been in the real estate industry since 1972. He is the founder and current owner of Intracoastal Realty, a leader in residential sales for the past 20 years. He has been an investor and broker in several commercial projects in the Wilmington area.
Hae H. Newkirk
Hae is a Principal and licensed real estate salesman, involved in leasing, sales and property management. She has been involved in commercial real estate since 1990, with experience in Richmond, VA, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Suburban Maryland. She oversees over half a million square feet in asset management, as well as specializing in Class A office sales and leasing.
Gary W. Fisher
Gary is a principal of Commonwealth Commercial Properties and has a part of the team since its beginning. He has been a licensed commercial real estate broker in Wilmington since 1991. During that time, he has worked with leading local developers to select sites for office, retail and multi-family projects and represent them through the development and leasing process. He specializes in helping investors find opportunities and has extensive experience with tax-deferred exchanges. He also works with several prominent medical practices to assist them in finding appropriate space to lease or purchase. Gary has served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial and Investment division of the Wilmington Board of Realtors. He is enrolled as a CCIM candidate with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
Amy L. Spicuzza
Amy Lewis Spicuzza is a full time licensed commercial real estate agent serving clients in leasing, sales and business brokerage in Southeastern North Carolina since 2001. Amy has served on the RCASENC Board of Directors for several years; as 2011 President-Elect and President in 2012. She is a graduate of Leadership Wilmington, a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and she has volunteered on many local charity organizations and boards over the years that have benefitted the North Carolina Symphony, Wilmington Industrial Development, Wilmington Symphony, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, Junior League, and Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, and the MLS Board of Directors. Amy is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia and previously owned and operated a National Direct Mail Advertising company throughout the eastern coast of North Carolina working with hundreds of National and local businesses. Amy enjoys discovering and evaluating advantageous investment and development situations for her clients with regards to office, retail and shopping centers, industrial flex/warehouse and multifamily.
Kim P. Camlin
Kim joined Commonwealth Commercial Properties as Marketing Manager/Office Manager in July of 2006. She provides invaluable support for our brokers by working with them to create effective marketing strategies and producing relevant marketing materials. Kim is committed to providing exceptional service to every client. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in Studio Art.
Dana L. Sito
Dana joined Commonwealth Commercial Properties in August 2013. Originally from Central Florida and a graduate of the University of Central Florida in 1985, Dana previously worked for a shopping center developer in the Orlando area assisting in major anchor tenant site selections/commitments as well as inline retail leasing and outparcel sales. This development firm represented several national chains and was sought after to locate potential new site locations. Dana was originally licensed in Florida in 1987, was a member of the ICSC, and has been involved in real estate in Florida, California, and North Carolina.
